Bxtend conflicts #84

fixed a bug in FamilyHelper: nameChangeOfLisa only created a delta, but never applied the change.

Updated BXtendFamilies2Persons.jar with the new solution: In case of conflicts, src transformation wins

All Conflicts test cases are now passed by BXtend
