"New eMoflon EMF Project Wizard" does not use provided location parameter #140

With the following settings, the "New eMoflon EMF Project Wizard" still generated the new project inside the current workspace.

The bug is probably somewhere near this class: https://github.com/eMoflon/emoflon-core/blob/master/org.moflon.emf.ui/src/org/moflon/emf/ui/wizard/NewMoflonEmfProjectWizard.java
