Improve vis: Make (meta) models clickable. #56

It would be nice to able to click on the classes/objects in the vis and to navigate to the element in the model editor, e.g. to be able to create/check attributes (values).

For GT rules a custom ILinkOpener has been implemented which opens a referenced URI and jumps to the URI's fragment if a fragment is present (see PlatformFragmentLinkOpener.java). Something similar should be possible for xmi files (adjust the file extension, editor class and the way how to jump to a certain object in the editor).
