IBeX is broken for `Xtext v2.33.0` and `MWE2 v2.16.0` #420

Xtext v2.33.0 and MWE2 v2.16.0 were released between Eclipse 2023-09 R and Eclipse 2023-12 R. In both Eclipse versions, the newer Xtext and MWE2 versions break eMoflon::IBeX completely.

There are at least errors for:

building the metamodel code (e.g., ibex patternmodel, gt statemodel, etc.))
Xtend dependencies
MWE2 dependencies

(The most obvious error is that org.eclipse.xtext.generator.feature.group was deprecated beforehand and removed in Xtext v2.33.0.)
