I am trying to use ePadd to archive emails for my organization in the near future. I have been doing some testing with my own account first, and I keep running into an issue where ePadd cannot read the mbox files. It says there is an “Exception fetching/indexing emails.” My IT contact (cc’d) has found information saying this problem was fixed in version 7.1, which is the version that I am using, but this issue continues to persist. Is there any headway that has been made or any assistance you can offer? I have been using Aid4Mail to create the mbox files. The file I’ve been testing on is about 7 MB
System specs: 16 GB ram, Windows 10. I have tried with both Internet Explorer and Chrome.
