Garbled characters appearing instead of the message #385

This bug was reported by a user and forced us to do a detailed debugging. It revealed an issue with our mbox parsing which is documented as part of this github issue.

This issue was related to a specific user's collection - I checked their sample file again with the latest version and can confirm that I did not see any garbled characters. I think this issue is resolved.
