Email Redaction works in Windows but not in Mac

Describe the bug

In Windows 11, by default, there's a closed "Lock" icon next to the download button. Clicking the button opens the "Lock" icon, revealing a pen button. Clicking the pen button prompts a window to pop up for editing the email. On Mac, the default view displays an open lock. Clicking the lock does not trigger any action.

To Reproduce Use Browse to goto any email. Click the "Lock" icon.

Expected behavior Should be the same as what happens in Windows 11.
