Message Body not displaying and showing as rtf attachments #478

Open rm547 opened 6 days ago

rm547 commented 6 days ago

I have imported an email set but no email messages are displaying but the message body appears as an .rtf attachment. When I try and download and open the .rtf file it does not display the message, just html gobbledygook. Message body rft image

The emails came from an archive folder in outlook and were exported as .pst then converted by emailchemy into mbox and imported into epadd.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you able to share the emails? Otherwise can you send the files epadd.log and epadd.log.warnings from the epadd-settings folder?

I can send the files from the settings folder. They are too large to send via email. How should I send them, via a file sharing service or OneDrive?

jfarwer commented 5 days ago

OneDrive, please. You can share that here or with libmanjochen@gmail.com

I have shared the OneDrive link with this email address. Thanks.
