Add h5 file with virtual dataset softlink

• Added a function to write an h5 file with virtual dataset defined as the 4D-STEM data reshaped into a stack and by default saved with the key /data/frames
• Specific folder look-up option fixed and now can be called like: python batch_convert_cluster.py e02 2020 cm26481-1 -folder Merlin/20200130_80kV_graphene_600C_pty
• Output file names changed to the time-stamp id Note: Before final merging change directory path to /dls_sw/e02/scripts/batch_mib_convert
