This PR adds the following functionality:

Measure the circularity of particles
Store EDS spectra and maps of each particle
Calculate the composition of each particle using Cliff-Lorimer k-factors from EDS spectra

The usage of parameters has also changed in this PR.

@M0hsend I've added in all of the EDS stuff here. I could do with updating the example notebook but maybe you could already see if it makes sense.
