Bug fixes to be compatible with updated functions

There are a number of updated packages used that have new argument lists that are incompatible with current particlespy functions.

Fix:

• [x] Compatibility with scikit-image functions.
• [x] Fix bugs in trainable segmentation.
• [x] Testing fixes.
