No master builds/releases are currently possible due to Travis CI:

Builds have been temporarily disabled for public repositories due to a negative credit balance. Please go to the Plan page to replenish your credit balance or alter your Consume paid credits for OSS setting.

We have enough credits on the account, I'll try to reach Travis CI support.

Travis CI support resolved the issue and I drafted another release 0.17.1 to re-trigger the workflow. The credits are valid until January 01, 2024.
