Assign facility to a surveillance officer role during user creation and editing #148
When registering a user on the user-creation form, the health facility field is not available to assign a facility to the "Surveillance officer" role.
Proposed Change
Currently only the role [Hospital Supervisor], [Hospital Attendant] sees the facility field. In addition to these two roles, the system must allow facility to be added to the "Surveillance supervisor" role.
Added Value/Benefit
Report can generated based on surveillance officer - facilities relationships.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] Enable the facility field when the surveillance officer's role check box is checked as true.
[x] Save the surveillance officer role together with other information provided.
[x] Retrieve the surveillance officer record and ensure the surveillance officer role check box is selected.
[x] If the role "surveillance officer" is selected, ensure the following applies:
[x] Make Region compulsory.
[x] Make District compulsory.
[x] Facility MUST NOT be compulsory.
[x] Use case scenario: During user creation for surveillance officer role, an admin should be able to save a "surveillance officer" user WITH or WITHOUT facility being selected against the role but the region and district must be compulsory. Without region and district for a surveillance role, an admin cannot save user details.
[x] Surveillance officer role must see the contact and sample dashboard.
[x] Surveillance officer role must see the statistics menu.
