Areas where mandatory fields were applied and testing done are as follows:

[x] Users/Edit or Create users/ Telephone Email
[x] Cases/New Case Primary Phone Number Primary Email Address
[x] Cases/Edit case/Case Person/Contact Information/New Entry Telephone Email
[x] Persons/Edit/Contact Information/New Entry or edit/Type of contact details Telephone Email

for phone numbers, the system requires user to enter country code.

[ ] let's make this optional. if country code is not entered, we assume it's a local number.

these fields are not validated:

[ ] Phone number of responsible clinician
[ ] Email address of responsible clinician
