Cache needed #15

To avoid an overload of the server:

cache what is just read, so a refresh would show the same data for e.g. 15min
cache the one that is shown if there is no slug (so bbpress)

Cache if no slug is done.

The first caching proposal will not be implemented. The system should handle DoS or overload in a different way. Authors making their changes and uploading to w.org/plugins should be able to recheck the changes using this script shortly after.
