Added hide/show metatraffic feature [12534] #122

A new view option similar to "Hide/Show Inactive Entities" is added in order to toggle the display of metatraffic topics (such as "_metatraffic_", "_fastddsstatistics*" or ROS topics for metatraffic data) and entities related to them.
