Improve github2todo so that the order of tasks is preserved #113

I have a script that imports issues from https://github.com/orgs/eQualityTime/projects/4 and put them in my todo list. There are some issues with it, one of which is that the order of the projects isn't maintained. A stranger one is that I haven't worked out if stange entires are being made

[ ] check that the number of todos created is correct for the project board

Hmmm, I'm wondering if this is strictly necessary for the moment. It would be useful, but... I think it can wait for now until the project board it's is slightly clearer
