• I've created a new document and put in a bunch of the structure
• I've reviewed last year's document
• I've traced some odd payments and found out what they were for.
• I believe the finantial detail sheet is correct subject to:
  • Should the refunds really be income? They are 'cost of sale' refunds.
• I'm familiar again with how it's laid out

• Review our old accounts and write something very similar in format.
• Send 2019-2020 Accounts for review by 10th May
• File accounts by 31st May

I take pleasure in enclosing draft accounts for eQuality Time, for the year ending 31st August 2000. I have attached as a pdf, but there is a much more friendly editable version on google drive here.

Some notes:

These are 'numbers complete' - there are narrative sections to be completed in consultation with the trustees.  It isn't obvious to me if an independent reviewer needs these completed in order to complete their review (one of them *is* their review so it might get a bit cyclic) 
Everything still to be completed or checked is marked in red.
Numbers from this year are directly out of Quickbooks. Numbers for the previous year are from the accounts prepared by accountants last year.  There isn't a material difference but it is harder to answer questions about the previous year.
I used this as my main source for preparing the accounts with this for all bigger questions and background reading.

Please cast your watchful eye over the document and let me know if you believe it is fit to send to independent examination.
