Have a Recogised place for all the CommuniKate langage files. #132

The OVF language files - I've been asked for examples of all the different langugages I have Communicate in, and it's pulling on a messy thread. The solution is clearly to do the start from scratch approach but that feels like a right pain. Hmmm.

So what do we want?

A list of langauges
All of them to be regression tests for OVF
It to be clear how complete they all are.
Everything to be in a folder that is obvious
There to be a link from the website(s) - communikate and OVF

Actual actions:

[x] Search Email for pptx files and put them all in a folder for translations.
[x] Create the folder in git.
[x] Ask on social media for people to check them through.
[x] Send briefing to Optikey -these are the translations, they are x complete...

There's an open task about what to do about the corrections we've made. but it does go on the social media.
