- Tried latex2htlm - but struggled with the install
- htlatex much better
- particularly with the command htlatex memory.tex "xhtml,fn-in"
- There are problems in the html
- Tables are better, but missing vertical lines
- Images are gone
- The linkboxes JUST don't come out right at all.
- The 'natural link' double arrow is converted to unrelated symbols
- italics (on mmn) has disappeared
- 'linkbox footnote'
- I think italics are still gone in general.
- There are problems in the kdp previewer
- Still NO new pages for chapters
- The quote (from Derren Brown) appears as a normal paragraph (it's a bit reduced in the html)
- Centreing (on mmn) has disappeared
- However, overall it looks a lot better
- This page: https://sites.google.com/site/epubandmobis/epub-part-4-pagebreaks-and-styling says that if we want new pages we need new files. That's doable
