Contact UK charities about OVF #161

We'd like to send it to some UK charities agencies. Here's the steps:

I've created a spreadsheet with 100 websites on it. The next step is to compare that with the charity commision data.

The automatic changing of charity commision data didn't work, but I can just get the proper numbers of each site. It will be an annoying hour though (should watch with some tv)

I've written some code in Chainmail - we have the email addresses and charity numbers. The next step is to draft the actual email.
