I'm Joe, I'm the COO of eQuality Time, which was established in 2014. We were about to apply for funding with you, but have just seen that you need "A UK charity that has been registered with the Charity Commission for at least 3 years" - we only got the offical conversion done two years ago - is there any flexibility on this? We've been operating and receiving charity grants for six years...
