Reorganise Codebase

The time has come to completely rearrange the file structure for the repo - module names are massively out-of-date and the root directory mixes web files, code, tests and various tempory files that get left around from the tests.

I want to reorganise the file around 'good practice' according to the following two links

• [x] Move code around
• [x] Tests should use tempory files
• [x] modules work properly
• [x] Rename files to better say what's in them.
• [x] Very carefully test on server
  • [x] Upgrade pptx while you are there.

• Fixing localcreate locally
• Moving online
  • Tests Ran!
  • Tests Passed!
  • Errors with the php.
  • Fixed the errors - but the php file itself is horribly laid out and ugly.
  • Upgrading the pptx was an adventure - turns out I'm literally only copying a folder -I can do a lot better than that I think.
  • Cleaned up git branches and renamed the python3 to main.
