Improve guide of fsarchiver #64

The guide could go to an own page, not nested within another guide, and it should explain (or point to) how to achieve shrinking space (compression levels and others).

This should depend on #63 since that would radically change the documented process. We should then either lower the priority of this task or raise that of #63.
