This might just be an issue on the alpha KibsItemLevel uploaded to Curseforge.

Hello, im now an author on the original Kibs Item Level and i've release a beta on there: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/kibs-item-level/files/4082471 The know issue at the moment is Inspect is now off by default, as there is a bug that, after the first inspection, keeps showing the inspect window when you hover over the target
