Error on Controller payment complete : vendor/magento/module-eway/Controller/Payment/Complete.php #23

Magento 2.3.4-p2 (Magento Cloud) php 7.3x Magento_Eway version : 100.3.4

Extension is enable but from backend it is disable And we still getting this error on live site.
