Move walrus bmi+Dockerfile to fork of walrus #8

  1. notebook, should stay here
  2. bmi wrapper for walrus, should be moved to fork of https://github.com/ClaudiaBrauer/WALRUS
  3. Docker file, includes
    1. for Walrus , should be in fork of https://github.com/ClaudiaBrauer/WALRUS
    2. for grpc4bmi server of Walrus, should be in grpc4bmi docker images repo (#7)
