set env var in ssh login #149

In roles/jupyter/defaults/main.yml the Jupyter spawner is configured with some env vars. These env vars are set in notebook and Jupyter terminal. However if you login with ssh then these env vars are not set.

It would be nice if those env vars are also set when you login with ssh.
