(some of) the data on dcache /climate-data/obs6/Tier3/ERA5/*.nc has incorrect time stamps and bounds, where the bounds are from 00:00 -> 23:00, instead of 00:00 -> 00:00 the next day.
As I do not see the raw data on dcache, it's difficult to test if the issue still occurs when rerunning the cmorizer recipe. With the CDS (effectively) down we also cannot use era5cli to re-download all that data.
