install esmvaltool #33

I would like to run the ESMValTool hydrology preprocess recipes on the Jupyter server.

We can create a role which installs the esmvaltool in the default conda environment.

To run the preprocess recipes cmorized ERA-5 and ERA-interim data is needed.

Stuck in conda environment conflicts after installing esmvaltool from conda and then trying install from GitHub repo.

Reinstalled conda manually to get a working esmvaltool
