Accumulated Statistics File for Louvain #1

2 files (./algorithms/louvain_igraph.las and ./algorithms/louvain_igraphoutp/*.las) are created instead of one. This isuue relates to different processing of the original <datadir>/<network><ext> file and the shuffled versions in <datadir>/<network>/<network>_<num><ext>
