Improve dir-workitem experience

Problem

After #2, we have dir-workitem. Now, the new dir-workitem is basic. But we can extend its functions. I think it can be really powerful!

Solution

• Add dir-workitem templates
• Add some example templates
• Always update dir-workitem's config when type new commands
• Support personal config for dir-workitem
  • Add more script-block in config. eg. before_run, after_run, on_enter, on_exit
  • Add custom command
  • Add workflow support (?)

Alternative

• Support multi-tests by dir-workitem template
• Support short-links by custom commands
• Be able to give support for developing
• Support open a dir-workitem directly
  • Create new config file for dir-workitem
• We can use this to deal with multi projects

Additional context

These are really interesting and powerful, but it may take much time to work on it. I hope these functions can be true before v0.1 or v0.2 .
