display name of logged in user #17

after login the name of the user should be displayed - instead of always showing "Admin"

the real name should also be displayed in the "normal page view" - i.e. in the line below the title: by "real name" at "date"

The real user name is now shown on the logout button. In an article, the real user is displayed below the title. Since only the user himself can retrieve the information, articles need to be saved once to display the real user name.
