(WIP) fix(build): don't copy extension/modules/lib #56

This allows builds to finish and results in a working image, however we might have lost some functionality on the way. @dizzzz could you take a look at our copying of extension libraries here and see if we need to do more adjustments in light of your last PR

Yup travis ain't happy, snap. It is trying to build v4.3.1 which would require an older version of the docker file.

Once 4.6.0 is released we should be able to rerun our ci and merge this, but i m still not sure if we need to further modify build.properties in the builder stage. To get the same functionality as before the code changes in the exist repo.
