[BUG] Running a non-existent test-set causes the application to never finish

If you invoke the application for a non-existent test-set then the application runs no tests, but it never exits.

To reproduce:

exist-xqts-runner-assembly-1.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar --xqts-version HEAD --test-set adam1
