browsing should be possible in the upload dialogue
tablet users, who cannot rely on drag- and drop should also be able to upload images
there should be a list of items BEFORE upload
with an option to de-select single records from the intended (batch) upload

images can be treated in TWO ways:

as the first (pref) image for a NEW Work Record (default, as in current verison)

OR

as an image to an existing WORK RECORD; extended dialogue (see below).
therefore, a work-Record has to be picked in order to place the images;
the extended upload scheme is activated by checking the box "Add images to existing VRA Record"
