sorting options (direction / "sort by") also for simple search #89

Why can a simple search not be sorted according to a user's wishes?

Searching and sorting the search results are quite different operations. sorting happens AFTER a search, whether this was a "simple" or an "advanced "search does not really matter. It may still be important to sort the results.

I think you must have overlooked something - the user is able to sort in the simple search interface.

yes, right. i got lost in an old ticket's details
