FF with lastPass plugin fails to execute usermanager #14

found with FF 58.0.2 (64 bit) on OSX 10.x

hm, looked at their page but couldn't find an issue tracker

thanks @duncdrum but actually don't know what to report exactly - "lastpass" blocks my app"? would not have a big chance of resolution i guess.
