ci setup #20

builds the app as described in the readme, aka no bower or grunt tasks are executed

there are no unit or integration tests in this repo, so none are run on travis.

we need to update some components, so building on travis should make that easier

we could consider adding a deploy step, to automatically upload new release to exist-db.org
