feat: add new command info #49

xst info will gather useful system information. The output can directly be used to add to eXist issues.

Example output:

During today's Community Call, I was reminded of some previous scripts I wrote that do similar things:

We also noted that it would be useful to display this info in Dashboard > Settings (which already shows the current commit ID). I'll open an issue there.
