Duplicate lexeme IDs #698

There are cases where Lexemes have been duplicated, which leads to errors loading the browsing view and facets, since lexeme IDs cannot be unambiguously resolved, see e.g.

Lexemes in question are: οποϝεντιο συρνᾱ αγορασιᾱ τῡρεϝε σπαρτᾱ λαρῑσιο κροτο̄ν ταραντῑνο σκυθᾱ ᾱ̆φενεσιο σαρπᾱδο̄̆ν

Removed the obvious duplicates and now it's only kroton which needs resolving

In the end I changed the version meaning Crotone, the city into κροτο̄ν2, you still need to review the 3 names using the κροτο̄ν base because now they are all connected with the tick/castor oil
