Alphabetization of place names: analogously to the headings, special characters need to be treated the same as normal ones, e.g. for D and Ḏ in this case:
Similarly when there is ‘ or ’ at the beginning of a place name, it should be ignored for alphabetization purposes, and the alphabetization should proceed via the second character, e.g. ‘Araba before Azana (a made-up example)
