[book] generation numbers for homonyms #290

In most cases the generation numbers for homonyms should be straightforward. But it is complicated where a person has two names, as Σαβῖνος 158/159. The II ought to be attached to the name Σαβῖνος, not his second name, i.e. Σαβῖνος ΙΙ Αβουδεμμης. Not sure how this could be automated.
