Testing with NCIP2 with Drupal-XC - LookupItem Set - in return I got this respond:

1404086NRUHeller, Joseph. ..... In AgencyId - I saw NRU and I don't know where it come from.

In testing with 1.0 release, I don' think this is a problem? The Agency Id returned would be an NCIP Toolkit issue, not Drupal, right? Propose we close unless I hear it remains a problem [~atkins245@gmail.com]for Drupal.

Since this is a NCIP issue, I guess it has a wrong place among Drupal problems. We should test though inside Drupal, whether the issue has been solved on NCIP side.
