Create and Deploy Ubuntu XAMPP instructions #107

Issue body:

Ralph will create an Ubuntu server for Sharmila, and then she will work out and write the instructions needed to have success with an Ubuntu XAMPP scenario. Ralph to provide input on what he did (if there is anything "special", etc.).

Sharmila, please let Ralph know if he can do this on the server he already built for you (e.g. you are not using it and he can blow it away and start over).

That server is ready for you to use. You can log in as devuser (same password as previous server). Also you can run any administrative command using sudo. In fact, be sure that when you go to install something, you use sudo or it will fail.

Note this server is pretty much a blank slate. I didn't install anything so not to interfere with your XAMPP installation.

I think we are on hold with this. Discussions this week have led us to the conclusion that the best thing we can do to make XC accessible is the VMware appliance work. So, we should hold this for now and mostly likely close out.
