When I choose to open a facet that is closed (such as date) and make a selection from it (2000-2011), on the resulting screens that facet should remain open. It doesn’t in IE, but it seems to work OK in Firefox.

Even though I see the box at the top showing that I’ve chosen 2000-2011, I should still be able to view any other values available in that facet, without having to open it again.

Testing I did in my browser in Firefox it worked ok. Testing Judi did and it didn't. Weird results. Please research.

The open/close state of facets is governed by a 3rd party module, which use jQuery. I need to investigate this module, and I have to choose between creating a patch for that module, or brig the whole problem to our side. Controlling browser behaviour is a nightmare, so my estimation is a very rough one. It is possible, that it could take far longer than this.
