Changes to the “Availability� line (change from the design). First is to change the display word to “Location� and then change the order of the 3 columns so that it will show the circ status (availability) last (to the right). And for now, until we build the NCIP terminology mapping feature, the status should display what is in the NCIP response except for the temporary exception you are doing now, in a hard coded way, is that you are mapping “Not Charged� from NCIP response to Available.

Renaming and reordering done. The third doesn't need any change.
