Remove automatic duplication of all field content to 'text' fields. Instead: create the content 'manually', the same way as we show the FRBR hierarchy. Problems to solve:

what happens when mergeing records?
what about attributes? Is there an attribute we should hide?

The text now covers the 'text' version of all merged fields. The new Solr document merge the 'metadata' part as well into one metadata array, which is usable in display. We do not store the metadata_id (etc.) of higher level records. The can be extracted from MySQL if needed.
