I guess, that there will be several improvement reports in Excel format, uploaded in DocuShare. We already have 4 such reports, the last one includes the improvement caused by the batch process.

The initialization of this reports take several days (including other tasks), now the report is created as HTML format in Drupal. I copied that into a work processor, run some changes, and rename as statistics.csv. I copied this files from the notebook to desktop computer. I checkout the excel from DocuShare, import the CSV into a new sheet, and format that. After that I usually write an email about the important numbers of the sheet. This takes about 1-1,5 hours.
