There is not too much performance gain. But I found another problem: the build process contains a function which establishes the relations between entities, which can't be good at this time, while there are not already available all records. This process should postpones when the node is created.

Discussed this with Peter that in the future, estimates need to be provided for cases before they are worked on and that time worked on a case need to be reported against the case.
